Because electronic components and Printed circuit board (PCB) are jointed by melting solder, electronic components and PCB can be separated by the removal of melting solder, and then can be recycled separately. It will not only improve the efficiency of recycling, but also create favorable conditions for recycling other metal in PCB. a variety of mechanical treatment of were adopted by many researchers to waste PCB. The metal and non-metal can be separate from the broken PCB. This method is simple, but will create noise, dust and harmful gases, and pollute the environment in the process of broken. More over the energy-consuming was severe, and cost was high in this method. The separation of mixed metals (including solder) obtained from this method was very difficult. |
