| 各位大侠：我四个多月前投的IEEE Transactions on control systems technology 杂志现在显示还是under review，主编显示EO: Trebbi, Germana。但是期刊主页显示主编是Andrea Serrani，请问主编是不是换了？四个多月了还under review 有点坐不住了。 |
