电阻饱和

请问各位大神，电阻随温度变化出现电阻饱和（saturation）是什么意思？ The change in resistance with temperature and change in resistance during an isothermal sojourn at 1000 ℃ for these samples are illustrated in Figs. 5-15 to 5-18. As seen from these figures. the resistance of these four ZrN films all increased with an increase in temperature.
