求大神关于北京工业大学孙志荣老师文章里的聚吡咯-泡沫镍的问题

看了许多篇老师关于聚吡咯的文章，感觉一模一样的方法就是电沉积不上聚吡咯，是不是有什么保留，而且不同的文章里的方法虽然有些浓度上的出入，但也不至于效果那么差，用过别的方法聚吡咯但感觉始终不是很好，希望大神求救，如何在泡沫镍上电沉积聚吡咯。 孙老师的办法： Pretreated foam-Ni was used as anode and the platinum foil was used as cathode. PPy film was formed on the surface of foam-Ni by electrodeposition in 50 mL 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solution containing distilled pyrrole. Electrodepositing current density, time and pyrrole concentration for PPy film preparation ranged from 0.337 mA/cm2 to 0.787 mA/cm2, 1 min to 5 min and 0.02 mol/L to 0.06 mol/L, respectively. Then foam-Ni with PPy film worked as cathode for Pd electrodeposition to prepare Pd/PPy/foam-Ni electrode. Pd particles were electrodeposited on PPy film in 4.0 g/L palladium chloride solution. Pd electrodepositing current density and time on PPy film ranged from 0.787 mA/cm2 to 1.236 mA/cm2 and 30 min to 40 min, respectively. |
