请教大侠们一个问题，下面这句话里面的on-target和off-target如何翻译，难道是“潜在的靶标”的意思？最近经常看到这两个单词，就是不知道如何翻译，都急死了！求高人相助！感激万分！！！ Recent efforts in kinase research thus focus on the development of large-scale, proteome-wide chemical profiling methods capable of rapid identification of potential cellular (on- and off-) targets of kinase inhibitors. |

on-target 和off-target在文献里面是有这种表述的，比如说这句话Results herein thus provide important information for studying potential cellular off-targets of staurosporine in future. 再比如说这句话In many cases, drugs have multiple protein targets, and identification of the complete target spectrum of a drug provides the most valuable information on the so-called “off-targets” of the drug, which are unexpected protein targets that may lead to unwanted biological alterations and toxicity. 所以你这个解释也有些欠妥 |
