[交流] 这样的录用过程正常吗？已有4人参与

各位大神：
   你们好。
   向有投稿经验的大神们请教一个问题，本人于2月26日在《Journal of Food and Nutrition Research》投稿论文一篇，第二天就收到回复表示通过形式审查，然后又收到如下邮件：
邮件一
Your manuscript, Paper ID: 9000401040, entitled "Fatty acid composition analysis and toxicology preliminary evaluation of Changxing Trichosanthes seed oil" has been has been subjected to Sample Text by the reviewers who are experts in the related fields.
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, I am delighted to inform you that your manuscript has been ACCEPTED WITH MINOR REVISIONS for the Journal of Food and Nutrition Research.
Please login to our Online Manuscript Tracking System to read the review result. Please note that it is imperative for you to revise the manuscript according to reviewers' comments and guidelines.    附件里是修改意见（review comments），只是说存在一些语法和拼写错误，但没有指出哪些需要修改，在本人自己仔细检查了几遍之后，提交了修改稿(revised paper)和和修改说明（cover letter）。然后又收到一封邮件。

   大家觉得这个录用流程正常吗，会不会是被骗了，貌似SCI很少有收发表费（类似版面费）的吧，而且需要500美金，近3500元。希望过来人能指点迷津，谢谢。
