............. Furthermore, the authors use an UV detector; thus, the identification of the compounds of the samples cannot be accurate. The identification based only on the migration time of a compound is too hazardous. Have you got any other evidences to affirm that the five identified compounds are really them? In my opinion, analysis using MS detection would be necessary to identify, at least, the major compounds of the sample. In that case, the results section could be improved because the fingerprinting differences could be attributed to known compounds. 。。。。。。。 我用的是紫外检测器的毛细管电泳仪，怎么回答审稿人的这个意见吧，盼大神指点~  |
