最近投稿被编辑退回，可是没有理解是什么意思，求各位大神赐教 Your manuscript is being returned without external review because it does not meet the J. Med. Chem. requirements regarding the reporting of PDB coordinates for computational models. The policy is stated in the Guidelines for Authors: 2.3.5.7: "PDB Coordinates for Computational Models. If three dimensional computational models of targets, binding sites, or target ligand complexes are reported, these models must be included as Supporting Information at submission to ensure reproducibility of calculations and reported findings. Hydrogen suppressed atomic models must be provided in machine readable form as standard PDB formatted coordinate files. |

得做可重复性研究。我也搞过模型，多参数模型非线性拟合，一个致命缺陷是得不到最优解，所得结果跟拟合方法、初值选择、噪声等相关，所以结果可能不可靠，需要做重复性研究。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
