Cryobiology杂志版面费page charges问题

| 投稿须知中page charges部分写到 “Page charges are waived for corresponding authors who are members in good standing of the Society for Cryobiology. Corresponding authors who are not members of the society will receive a page charge invoice at the rate of USD35.00 per page. 意思是说 如果你不是这个协会的成员的话会收版面费。。。但是这句话搞不明白了---It is recognized that some authors may be unable to pay this charge, and editorial consideration of a paper is unrelated to the ability of the author to pay. All inquiries concerning page charges should be addressed to: 。。。”啥意思，有人知道吗，到底收不收稿费？？不吝赐教。。 |
