https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jece/ Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles in several areas of electrical and computer engineering. The subject areas covered by the journal are: Circuits and SystemsCommunicationsSignal Processing Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering has recently been accepted for coverage in the Emerging Sources Citation Index, which is the New Edition of the Web of Science that was launched in November 2015. This means that any articles published in the journal will be indexed in the Web of Science at the time of publication. |

EI,号称ESCI,目前好像周期比较长了 网站自己看下 Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering currently has an acceptance rate of 20%. The average time between submission and final decision is 88 days and the average time between acceptance and publication is 32 days. https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jece/ |
