一篇葡萄糖传感器文章的审稿意见

最近投了一篇葡萄糖传感器的文章，审稿人给几个意见，但是不太明白审稿人的意思： 1、Application of the sensor in real sample must be added into the text. And also, the results should be compared with the reference method. 第一句是说增加实际样品测试，但是第二句是要跟文献对比还是什么？ 2、 I was surprised to see that the method, according to the manuscript (discussion/conclusion), has no major limitations. Is this correct? If not, please specify in the manuscript. 他这里说我的测试方法有问题吗？ 3、Why is the method selective for glucose? The authors should comment on this selectivity in the main text. 4、The significant numbers in Fig.5c is too many. 这个问题是想说我图5c的点太多了吗？ |
