[求助] 关于kinetic energy, translational kinetic energy and rotational energy 已有1人参与

各位老师大家好:
现在有个问题有点困惑:特向各位老师请教一下。望大家不吝赐教!

1、在稳态分子动力学(MD )模拟中:kinetic energy= translational kinetic energy + rotational energy(并且完全依赖与体系的温度!)是否正确。若不对,请问为什么?

2、在非稳态分子动力学模拟中(NEMD) 模拟中:kinetic energy= 宏观流动产生的动能(外力做的功)+ translational kinetic energy + rotational energy(此时由于体系流体分子受到外力场的作用,流体分子的动能不仅仅依赖于体系的温度,同时也依赖于外力场对分子做的功)是否正确。若不对,请问为什么?

3、对于上述问题的最好给出相应的参考文献!

First, I feel that your terminologies are not standard.
Your 稳态分子动力学 should be equilibrium MD; 稳态 is not equilibrium state.
稳态 corresponds to steady state, which usually refers to non-equilibrium state.
So your 非稳态分子动力学 should be 稳态 non-equilibrium MD.

So you are studying rigid-body systems?

In any case, total kinetic energy = translational kinetic energy + rotational kinetic energy.

The translational kinetic energy generally consists of two parts: a center of mass part and a part relative to the center of mass, the latter being related to the temperature.
The same can be said for the rotational kinetic energy. The important information here is that temperature is related to thermal motion and global motion should be
removed before calculating the temperature.

I think this is textbook stuff and I don't know what is the best reference.
