Weigh about 150 mg ± 10% of the substance under test, transfer to a 150 ml beaker and dissolve in 30 ml methanol and 40 ml water – the fine precipitate is formed. Titrate potentiometrically with standardized 0.1N sodium hydroxide without a combined glass-reference electrode to 90 % theoretical consumption 0.1 N sodium hydroxide. Titration is completed by inserting a glass-reference electrode – continue titration to inflection point. 下划线句什么意思？难道不是直接自动滴定吗 |
