Integrated photonics postdoc opening at MIT

| A postdoctoral position is available at Prof. Juejun Hu's laboratory at MIT. Selected candidates will perform interdisciplinary and collaborative research on high-performance photonic interconnects for next-generation data centers. Positions require a Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or closely related fields. The candidates need to have a strong background in semiconductor optoelectronic device physics and microfabrication. Prior experiences in III-V (or Si) photonic device processing, photonic integration and optical device characterization are strongly preferred.
