肯定有不少人做过这个,小弟不才,希望高手赐教!

      红色和绿色代表什么意思呢?

   用HOMO-LUMO能说明什么问题呢?

It is the mathematical sign of the wavefunction at this place, either
positive or negative.

As only the density of probability of presence of electrons makes
physically senses an this density is the square (i.e. postitive) of the
wavefunction, no mater if Red/Blue is positive or negative, only the
variation of sign matters for interactions.
