Am I old?

It seems so weird of myself I'm old? It seems I have forgotten a lot of things…… I don't know why. Recently I began to jogging for getting rid of the big swimming loop around my waist. and running feeling is good. I said to myself, why don't I exercise earlier? And I recognized that I've been exercised for the last n years except these 3 or 4 years. When I was in middle high school, I went jogging between the 10 minutes of evening class and I also was contributing myself to the playground in the atheletic class while most of girls tried their best to escape from the warm-up running. and in the colleage, I often run along the playground by myself, why all of these are so far away from me, I forgot the feeling there and that time and in my body. Last weekend one little office girl cheeted me to learn to dance, I encouraged her and not intend to do by myself. So the before experiences, including jogging, going to gym, dancing all of these give us body what? Good memory? for muscles? Brain network? Why I feel I seem to have been suffering from losing memory, I had so mang great experiences, but I couldn't , my body couldn't feel happy for the gorgeous activities? What's wrong? Or all of those activities just for the good of that time's brain, take jogging as example, it would keep fit and make you feeling you are an aggressive person not lazy, but not for loving the activity. Is this deduction right? who would like to uncover the mist? I'm still lost whatever it's cloudy or sunny, today my city is sunny and blue sky is just over there, I'm lost in the sky or the earth. I'm expecting for friends' response. Are you puzzled now? |

i think that taking exercises helps to clear up our mind. when we feel boring about the day or our present life, running for a while or some other strenuous exercise give us a momount to see the word in another angel. we try to appreciate the world around us. blooming flowers, growing grass and singing birds will all make me laugh. i plan to do some exercise every day in order to live a healthy life. 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
