ansys非线性分析不收敛，求大神解答？

麻烦各位帮我看看为什么计算结果不收敛，这个模型是在模拟拉索锚固区受力，很简单的模型，最后总是提醒： One or more elements have become highly distorted. Excessive distortion of elements is usually a symptom indicating the need for corrective action elsewhere. Try incrementing the load more slowly (increase the number of substeps or decrease the time step size). You may need to improve your mesh to obtain elements with better aspect ratios. Also consider the behavior of materials, contact pairs, and/or constraint equations. If this message appears in the first iteration of first substep, be sure to perform element shape checking. 不知如何解决，命令流如下，需要导入截面，都请看附件，谢谢啦 |
