我投了一篇析氢相关的文章，修改意见让我测试一个HET速率常数K0，请问这个测试的具体测试方法是什么？
我的测试方法如下，但是测试出的结果峰不明显，求大神帮我指导一下。
To prepare the testing samples, 4 mg of the sample was dispersed in 1 mL of water/ethanol (3:1) along with 50 μL Nafion (5% w/w in water and 1-propanol) with at least 30 min sonication to form a homogeneous emulsion. Subsequently, 10 μL of the above slurry was dropped onto a glassy carbon electrode (GCE, 3 mm in diameter), and dried naturally.
The effective heterogeneous electron transfer (HET) rate constant, keff was determined utilizing a method developed by Nicholson. The specific experiment was realized by a traditional cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement using 1 mM of potassium hexacyanoferrate (III) (K3Fe(CN)6) aqueous solution, and 0.1 M of potassium chloride (KCl) was used as a supporting electrolyte. The scan range of CV measurements was from -0.6 to 0.6 V, and the scan rate was controlled at 10 mV s-1.
