求问相对标准不确定度的计算The relative standard uncertainty

网上查到的定义如下 The standard uncertainty u(y) of a measurement result y is the estimated standard deviation of y. The relative standard uncertainty ur(y) of a measurement result y is defined by ur(y) = u(y)/|y|, where y is not equal to 0. 标准不确定度是标准偏差，相对标准不确定度是标准不确定度/测定值，国标上也是这样写的：标准不确定度除以被测量之值或参考值所得的商。 有如下疑问：七次测量可得到一个平均值，那么在算The relative standard uncertainty时，测定值是按均值来算吗？还是怎么算？看到文献就一个The relative standard uncertainty的数值，不知道怎么算出，求高人赐教。 1 1.73 2 1.66 3 1.72 4 1.71 5 1.64 6 1.74 7 1.70 |
