大连医科大学 秘晓林教授课题组招收2017年硕士研究生

一、课题组介绍 秘晓林，博士，教授，博士研究生导师。大连医科大学基础医学院副院长，生物科学系主任。入选中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才--百人计划”和辽宁省“十百千人才工程”，辽宁省“攀登学者”。国家科技奖、香山会议、国家重大科学研究计划、自然科学基金、博士后科学基金、美国国家科学基金研究生项目等评议人，SCI杂志International Journal of Nanomedicine顾问编委，Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Research编委，中国生化药物杂志编委，中国环境诱变剂学会理事，Biomaterials、Genetics、Environmental Toxicology and Pharmacology、PLoS One、International Journal of Nanomedicine等SCI杂志审稿人。主持国家重点基础研究计划“973”项目课题、自然科学基金面上项目、中国科学院创新项目等。 1990年毕业于兰州大学，获生物化学学士学位。1996年毕业于卫生部兰州生物制品研究所，获免疫学和微生物学硕士学位。1999年毕业于中国预防医学科学院病毒学研究所，获病原生物学博士学位。同年赴美国，在国立卫生研究院（National Institutes of Health）癌症研究所（National Cancer Institute）从事博士后研究，随后任职美国国立卫生研究院癌症研究所高级研究学者。作为通讯作者，研究成果发表在Oncogene, Human Molecular Genetics, Biomaterials, Journal of Cell Science, Nanotoxicology等国际一流学术期刊。 研究方向 基因组稳定性的保护和干细胞再生与分化的调控机制及其与癌症和衰老的关系。主要包括：DNA损伤导致的细胞周期调节、凋亡、转录调控的机制；肠道干细胞再生与分化的调节；非编码RNA在DNA损伤应答的功能和调控以及对肠道干细胞再生与分化的调控；肿瘤抑制因子对DNA损伤导致的细胞周期检验点、凋亡的调控，在抑制肿瘤发生和发展中的作用和机制。 代表性文章（*通讯作者） 1.
