elsevier投稿语言审核不过，但是连具体意见都没有 已有6人参与

第一次投稿elsevier的文章，投稿一周后，说语言审核不过，“Revise for English then Resubmit”。编辑发了一封邮件，全文如下，叫我逐条修改意见，但是坑爹的是Reviewers' comments根本没有，感觉编辑是没看文章，直接叫我改，然后复制的邮件都不全，这种情况下怎么改，需要发邮件询问Reviewers' comments是什么吗，还是直接改了再重投。 邮件如下： Dear Mr. Huang, Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Chemical Engineering Science. The Editor requires that you improve the standard of English language within the manuscript before it can be considered for review. Please note that your manuscript cannot be further considered unless the English is substantially revised and improved.
