这个问题，我昨天在quanturmwise的官方论坛上帮你问了一下，得到的答案跟我之前说的有些相同，也有些我之前没想到的补充：一个是结构优化的问题， The reason for the error is that the system has converged to some unphysical state. This is either a geometry issue or insufficient parameters. 另一个原因是跟设置参数有关，比如电极厚度、在BZ的撒点有关，电极不够厚时会有电极之间的静电相互作用，为了屏蔽这种得加大电极的距离，因为表面格林函数的计算时是基于ATK的一个假设的：它只考虑最近邻单胞的作用，如果电极单胞太小的话，无法屏蔽它与更多单胞产生作用，内部的电子会产生散射，就会产生很多非物理的结果。 Second, regarding the problem of converging the system to a physical state: I suggest using at least 6 layers of Pt atoms in the electrode instead of 3. Cf. Also, the system is quite small in the XY plane, and hence a larger k-point sampling than (2x2) is advisable. |
