这个会议什么级别？HCI International 2009

HCI International 2009 https://www.hcii2009.org/ 据说是HCI的好会议，我第一次投稿，也没有看出来是什么收录 有这方面的专家吗？提点意见，这个经费是否值得花费？ We are pleased to inform you that based on the comments of the reviewers, your paper has been accepted for presentation in the Conference / Thematic area Human-Computer Interaction and for publication in the Conference Proceedings. The Conference Proceedings, comprising the papers to be presented at the Conference, will be published by Springer in a multi-volume set in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) and Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series. They will be available on–line through the LNCS Digital Library (http://www.springer.com/lncs), readily accessible by all subscribing libraries around the world. All Conference participants will receive in their registration bags the Conference Proceedings published in DVD format.
