Unfortunately, the editors of the Journal have taken a decision to not initiate the formal review process because we feel that your submission is outside the scope of Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics. Therefore, we have decided not to review the paper. Thank you for submitting your paper to the Journal. I handle papers on numerical analysis (AMS 65). This paper is not within AMS 65 or does not make a significant contribution to numerical analysis. I suggest to re-submit and select an appropriate editor. |
