同一出版社的编辑询问是否有过审稿，该如何回答？

我的一篇论文先投稿ACS的EST期刊，审稿后被拒搞了，后来改投JHM后遇到相同审稿人也拒了，现在开始转投ACS的其它期刊，后来编辑询问是否再其它期刊有过审稿，具体如下： We noticed in your submission that you did not indicate whether or not your manuscript was previously considered by another journal. If it was submitted to another journal can you please send us a copy of the decision letter? If the other journal was an ACS journal and your manuscript was reviewed, we would kindly ask you to contact the ACS Editor to release the reviewers' names and decision letter to our office. This will likely speed up the Peer Review process as the Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research editor may wish to use the same reviewers. Please address the above issue(s) by responding to this email. We look forward to your response. 请问这种情况，该怎么办？我不想再送到同样的审稿人手里，他对我做的内容创新不太认可。这种情况该如何回复这个编辑？ 希望又经验的虫子指导下，非常感谢！ |
