The same research in different languages. 2. The submitted paper contains no proprietary material unprotected by patent or patent application. The main author is responsible for ensuring that the article has been seen and approved by all the other authors. (The responsibility for technical content and for protection of proprietary material rests solely with the author(s) and their organizations and is not the responsibility of the Engineering and Technology Publishing or its Editorial Staff.) 3. The submitted paper contains no plagiarism/copying and fraudulent data. (If the plagiarism or fraudulence is confirmed, JCM will contact the author’s institute and funding agencies). 4. Agree with the policy of publication fee: JCM is journal that the author's company or institution will be requested to pay a flat publication fee, detail information is available at https://www.jocm.us/index.php?m= ... s&catid=13. > For speeding up the review process, authors are expected to recommend 4~6 capable peer reviewers (not with the same institution of authors, DO NOT contact them in advance) with their contact information: professional title, affiliation, email, as well as the web link if possible. |
