Measurement of plasma IL-6, NO, TNF-α and COX-2 values Plasma samples were prepared by centrifuging at 3000 rpm for 15 min and the levels of IL-6, NO, TNF-α and COX-2 were measured by ELISA kits (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. 关于这部分审稿人给出以下意见：The methods should be described briefly, incl. the underlying mechanism, it is not enough: “were measured by ELISA kits (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN) according to the manufacturer’s instructions”，不知道应该改怎么回复，具体审稿人想要我添加些什么内容呢？我看文献里大家都是写根据试剂盒说明进行测定的啊？请各位朋友帮忙看看，谢谢！ |
