请问IEEE投搞的Page-Charge-Form，是不是必须选同意付钱？ 已有1人参与

刚投稿，收到一封Page-Charge-Form，内容如下：让选择 agrees to honor the total page charges. (100 reprints will be sent.)，或是 is unable to honor the page charges. The IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society requests support in the form of a page charge at the current rate of $110 per published page to cover the cost of publication. If your organization honors the total page charges, you will receive 100 free reprints.
