介孔硅合成表征问题

我按照文献合成的介孔硅纳米粒子，基本步骤如下：Five milliliters of CTAC (25%) was mixed with 15 mL of H2O and was stirred for 15 min at 75 C at 350 rpm. This was followed by the addition of 0.8 mL of 10% TEA at 75 C for an additional 15 min. The silica precursor, TEOS (1.5 mL), was added to the mixture dropwise at a rate of approximately 30 drops per minute. To achieve the synthesis of particles with a primary size of 6070 nm, the solutionwas stirred at 350 rpmat 80 C for 1 h. To remove the surfactant, the particles were washed by menthol and HCl (500:19, v/v) at roomtemperature for 24 h. The particles were centrifuged at 10 000 rpmfor 60min and washed three times in menthol。除了TEOS外其他都是国产试剂，样品用甲醇洗三次后由于其他原因室温甲醇里存了一周才做的TEM，样品没有过滤，结果很奇怪。请问是什么原因，是合成的问题吗？还是保存的问题？ xz-0012.jpg |
