RSI拒搞重投

请问下各位虫友，RSI拒搞后显示状态Waiting for Revised Manuscript from Author，意思是可以修改之后重投么？有没有这种经历的重投后接受的？小白第一次投稿...... 附拒搞信： See the report below of the reviewer. In view of the recommendations, we feel that we cannot accept your paper for publication. Of course, if you believe our reviewer to be mistaken, you should feel free to upload a rebuttal, giving your reasons in some detail.
