RSI拒搞重投

请问下各位虫友，RSI拒搞后显示状态Waiting for Revised Manuscript from Author，意思是可以修改之后重投么？有没有这种经历的重投后接受的？小白第一次投稿...... 附拒搞信： See the report below of the reviewer.
