我参考的文献的方法是the trace amount of PEG-bis-folate may be removed by anion-ex-change chromatography on a DEAE-trisacryl Sepharose column. Folate-PEG-amine can be easily eluted with 10mM NH4HCO 3 (pH 8.0). The product folate-PEG-NH 2 was then lyophilized and analyzed for folate content by absorbance at 363 nm and -NH 2 content by the ninhydrin assay. The ratio of folate to free -NH 2 groups in this product was --~ 1 文献里边提到了一个离子交换树脂，我没有做过离子交换树脂的求哪位做过的大神说一下anion-ex-change chromatography on a DEAE-trisacryl Sepharose这是什么树脂可以在那买到，具体操作是什么啊，万分感谢 |
