| Protocol 1: ABs and MVs were isolated by differential centrifugations and micro-filtration as previously described. The supernatant harvested from the cells was centrifuged at 2,000g for 20 minutes to collect ABs. This supernatant was then filtered by gravity through 0.8 mm filters (GE healthcare, Whatman, UK) to remove particles 800 nm. The supernatant was again collected and further used to isolate MVs. MVs were pelleted by centrifugation at 12,200g for 40 minutes |
