江苏省体育产业发展引导资金的运行状况研究 摘要：自改革开放以来，随着市场经济的深入发展，体育产业所蕴含的经济价值和社会效益日益得到显现。在经济转型发展的大背景下，我国体育产业呈现出爆发式的发展态势，但由于起步晚、底子薄，我国体育产业的整体发展水平还比较落后，存在产业规模小、产业结构散、创新活力弱、专业人员缺、经济效益差等问题，对经济发展的贡献率远远不足，与人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求还不相适应。为避免体育产业的无序、盲目和低效发展，江苏省在2011年设立体育产业发展引导资金，对相关体育产业进行扶持和引导，取得了较好的效果。本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法，对江苏体育产业发展引导资金的运行状况进行分析，总结经验与不足，提出改进建议和对策，为加快江苏体育产业的转型升级发展提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：江苏省；体育产业；引导资金；管理；优化 |

A Study on the Status of Operation of Seed Funds for the Development of Sports Industry in Jiangsu Province Abstract: Since the reform and opening-up, as the progress of the development of market economy, the sports industry has become increasingly apparent for its economic value and social benefits to the society. As the country is undertaking an economic development and transformation, China's sports industry is expected a rapid growth, however at this stage, China's sports industry as a whole is still in its infancy. There are problems with late in development and lack of experience, small and fragmented industrial structure, lack of innovation, shortage of professional management team, and poor economic return, etc. The contribution from this industry to the economic development is inadequate, and could not catch up with people's growing spiritual and cultural needs. In order to avoid the possible trend of lack of order, unfocused and inefficient development of the sports industry, Jiangsu Province set up the Seed Funds for the Development of Sports Industry in 2011, with a purpose to provide guidance and support for the relevant organizations for the health development, and has achieved good results. This article analyzed the current operation status of Seed Funds for the Development of Sports Industry in Jiangsu province through literature search, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. The achievements and unmet goals were summarized, suggestions and countermeasures were put forward, in order to speed up the process of transformation and upgrade for the sports industry in Jiangsu.
