最近收到JAPS回复邮件，内容如下：
Your manuscript files have been received and evaluated.

Your manuscript is now officially accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Polymer Science.

The corresponding author will be notified when this manuscript has been sent to production and when proofs are ready for review. Further communication regarding this manuscript may be sent directly to the Production Department at appjournal@wiley.com.

Your article cannot be published until the publisher has received the appropriate signed license agreement. The corresponding author will receive an email from Wiley's Author Services system which will ask them to log in and will present them with the appropriate license for completion.

Thank you for your contribution to the Journal of Applied Polymer Science.

请问一下为什么我是按照投稿格式来的，但就是投稿不成功，填作者信息那一步没有打勾，也没有出现红色提醒，反对审稿人那一栏没有填，最后要到下载PDF时出现要下载Adobe Acrobat Reader DC，且下载后也无法打开投稿结果，返回Author main menu显示投稿不成功，且没有显示，你投稿时有这样的问题吗？我实在找不着原因了，谢谢啦
