投sci被拒，编辑推荐转投Cogent Engineering，ESCI检索。不知道ESCI对于工作是否有帮助？毕竟论文花费了大量时间精力 还有Cogent Engineering的出版费也是搞不懂的，希望有经验的指导，谢谢！ 下面是编辑文 --------------------拒稿后------------------------ I regret to inform you that we have now considered your paper, but unfortunately feel it unsuitable for publication in S a O S.
