[求助] ESCI国内认可吗？已有1人参与

投sci被拒，编辑推荐转投Cogent Engineering，ESCI检索。不知道ESCI对于工作是否有帮助？毕竟论文花费了大量时间精力

还有Cogent Engineering的出版费也是搞不懂的，希望有经验的指导，谢谢！

Article Publishing Charge (APC)
Cogent Engineering operates a ‘pay what you want’ model, which means individual authors can choose exactly how much they contribute towards open access publishing based on their unique financial circumstances. Authors will have an opportunity to state how much they want to contribute, if accepted for publication, during the submission process.
Before submitting your article we recommend that you speak to your librarian, faculty or research funder about support available for open access publishing. Many institutions have established funds to support open access and most funding bodies will permit the use of research grant funds to cover the costs of article publishing charges.

Please note that in order to guarantee the integrity of peer review, the APC process is managed by the Cogent OA publishing team and not by journal editors or reviewers. Our editors consider submissions purely on scientific / scholarly grounds.

We believe strongly in the benefits of open access to scientific research and scholarship, and our APC policy is intended to help remove any barriers to its take-up around the world – leading to greater research impact for all.
