lammps 忽略短程库伦，考虑长程库伦的设置

请教大家个问题，在计算库伦作用时，如何设置只计算长程而不计算短程的库伦作用？ 如： pair_style hybrid buck/coul/long 12.0 coul/long 12.0 #pair_modify mix arithmetic kspace_style ewald 1.0e-4 pair_coeff 1*2 1*2 coul/long # Co2+ Co3+ pair_coeff 3 3 buck/coul/long 505.02 0.329 0.0 # o-o pair_coeff 1 3 buck/coul/long 635.15 0.334 0.00 # Co2+-o pair_coeff 2 3 buck/coul/long 6493.881 0.234 0.00 # Co3+-o 想要取消buck/coul/long中的短程coul。说明书上说“The buck/coul/long pair style supports the pair_modify table option to tabulate the short-range portion of the long-range Coulombic interaction.”但还是无法实现。 |
