Abstract Europium (III)-doped yttrium oxide (Y2O3:Eu3+) nanoparticles XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Decay curves of the Y2O3:Eu3+ nanorod is about 2.03 ms. I ¨C V curve for the Y2O3:Eu3+ nanorod deposited on ITO glass showed that the startup voltage was only about 1300 V.
