被拒求原因，让转投 "Journal of Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources" 已有1人参与

请问： （1） "Journal of Unconventional Oil and Gas Resources"是不是SCI收录？ （2）转投的机会大吗？有转投的成功的案例没，最关键转投的究竟是不是SCI收录 被拒又没有原因，就一句“not appropriate for this journal's readership”，而且编辑是中国人，好象投了中国的期刊一样“受虐无原因” 谢谢万能的虫友，求解答，更求安慰！！！！ 附件Post： Thank you for your interest and submission to "Fuel".
