[求助] 请问IEEE编辑这个邮件是什么意思，只提交单列的？已有1人参与

The format requirements for new submitted paper and final accepted paper are different.  For new submission and revision, papers formatted in "ONE-COLUMN style" and the "IEEE TWO-COLUMN style" are both required.

Please prepare your paper in IEEE TWO-COLUMN style first to make sure the length is in line with the requirement.  Then, covering two-column paper to one-column paper.

** LENGTH REQUIREMENT: based on 2-column style **
→ Survey papers : Maximum 15 pages
→ Full papers : Maximum 10 pages
→ Short papers : Maximum 6 pages
→ Letters : Maximum 3 pages

For preparing one-column paper, please follow the following instruction to modify your manuscript.

1. WORD: ** 12pt Times New Roman **

2. SPACE: ** double spaced **

3. STYLE: ** 1 column **

4. LINES: at most 30 lines per page

5. MARGIN:  1" MARGINS, 8.5" x 11" PAPER

6. **Please remove the biographies from the manuscript **
(In the review process, there is no need to include authors' biographies.  Only manuscripts which are final accepted will be asked to include authors' biographies.  Please remove the biographies from the manuscript and upload your file with pdf format.)

7. ** Insert figures and tables to the corresponding places. **
