Abstract: As a new precursor for preparing iridium coating by MOCVD, dicarbonyl (2,4-pentanedionato)iridium(I), Ir(CO)2(acac), was synthesized by using a facile method and its structure was fully characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic data and single crystal X-ray diffraction determination. The synthetic method involves three steps, viz, cyclometalation of IrCl3•nH2O with 1,5-cyclooctadiene(1,5-COD), the substitution of coordinated 1,5-COD with CO and the cleavage of chloride-bridged dimmer by acac. The overall yield was found to be 86%, greater than that reported previously. The structural determination revealed Ir(CO)2(acac) is a planner complex where CO is coordinated to the central atom through C-Ir not expected Ir-O, and acac- has a normal bi-dental coordination mode and binds to Ir atom by its two oxygen atoms, forming a stable six-membered chelate ring.

摘要:本文报道了二羰基乙酰丙酮铱(I),Ir(CO)2(acac)的简易合成方法并对其进行系统性的表征研究,包括元素分析、光谱数据和X射线单晶衍射鉴定。该配合物是一种新型的,基于MOCVD方法制备铱涂层的一种前体。该合成方法共分三步,依次为水合三氯化铱与1,5-环辛二烯的环金属化反应,一氧化碳对1,5-环辛二烯配基的取代反应和乙酰丙酮基对氯原子桥基的解离。三步反应总收率为86%,高于之前的报道。结构鉴定表明Ir(CO)2(acac)为平面型复合物,其中一氧化碳配基通过铱-碳键,而不是铱-氧键与中央金属原子络合。乙酰丙酮基采取正常的双齿配位模式,通过其中的两个氧原子与铱原子配位,并形成稳定的六元螯合环。
