Abdeltif Amrane ½ÌÊÚ£ºResearchgate homepage: https://www.ensc-rennes.fr/recherche/equipe-cip/ https://scholar.google.fr/citati ... AAAAJ&hl=fr https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Abdeltif_Amrane Ñо¿¼Æ»®ÕªÒª£º This project deals with an international major issue concerning the reduction of VOC emissions in the atmosphere. Since usual processes involve water as absorbent, they appear not always really efficient for the treatment of hydrophobic volatile organic compound (VOC). Recently, absorption and biodegradation coupling in a two-phase partitioning bioreactor (TPPB) proved to be a promising technology for hydrophobic compound treatment. The choice of the organic phase, the non-aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) is based on various parameters involved in both steps of the process, hydrophobic VOC absorption in a gas¨Cliquid contactor, and biodegradation in the TPPB. The screening of the various NAPL available in the literature and some previous results showed the relevance of a class of solvents, silicone oil. However and owing to their costs, NAPL should be recycled; the separation step constitutes the most fastidious and tricky task of the process. Therefore, an alternative to the TPPB is proposed in this PhD thesis project, which consisted to test an enzymatic process in place of the microbial degradation. This would allow to avoid the presence of water and hence only one liquid phase would be used for both steps of the combined process, absorption and enzymatic biocatalysis, leading to an easy recycling of the solvent phase. This work will be conducted within the Chemistry and Process Engineering team (CIP) from the Institute of Chemical Sciences of Rennes (UMR CNRS 6226) at the National School of Chemistry of Rennes (ENSCR). ¿ªÊ¼Ê±¼ä£º2017Äê10Ô£¬Ò»°ãΪÆÚÈýÄê¡£ ÒªÇó£º The applicant should possess knowledge in Applied Microbiology and/or Applied Enzymology, and if possible in Environmental Engineering.ÐèÒªÉêÇë2016ÄêµÄCSC²©Ê¿½±Ñ§½ð ÓÐÒâÕßÇë·¢Óʼþ¸ø£º professor Abdeltif Amrane£ºabdeltif.amrane@univ-rennes1.fr µ¼Ê¦È˺ܺã¡Ñо¿Ìõ¼þºÜºÃ£¬ÒòΪÄãÔÚµÄÊÇ·¨¹úµÄ¹¤³ÌʦԺУÀï×öʵÑ飬·¨¹úµÄ¹¤³ÌʦԺУ¶¼ºÜÓÐÇ®¡£ÁíÍ⣬·¨¹ú¹æ¶¨ÈκÎһλ²©Ê¿Éú¶¼Òª³ö¹ú½»Á÷°ëÄê²ÅÄܱÏÒµ£¬Ò²¾ÍÊÇ˵£¬ÄãÔÚ·¨¹ú¹¥²©ÆÚ¼äÒ»¶¨Óлú»áÔÙÈ¥±ðµÄ¹ú¼Ò½»Á÷¡£Ç°ÈÎʦ½ã¾ÍÈ¥Òâ´óÀû½»Á÷ÁË6¸öÔ£¬ÆÚ¼äENSCR¶îÍâ·¢²¹Öú600ŷԪÿÔ¡£ ·Ç³ÏÎðÈÅ [ À´×Ô°æ¿éȺ Å·ÖÞ¹«ÅÉ ] |
