遇到这样的comment怎么办，被拒后叫我重投（之前是大修） 已有2人参与

Editor's comments: EiC: You have not fully addressed the reviewers concerns, and they have requested a further major revision. I am therefore rejecting the paper, and suggest you resubmit it to the journal after you have addressed the remaining issues. Handling Editor: Due to requests for another major revision, I cannot recommend the acceptance of the revised manuscript. The author may consider revising the paper again and resubmit it to PR as a new paper. Reviewer #1: The authors have solved most of my problems.
