首先,本实验完全是在空气气氛下完成的,其中包括在空气气氛下1500℃高温熔融45min,在空气气氛下退火以及热处理析出氟化物微晶相,本实验没有用到还原性气体。其次,本实验将还原性铝粉直接掺入玻璃组分中,可以通过铝粉掺入量的多少来改变玻璃在紫外激发下的可见光颜色的变化,或通过后期晶化处理改变Eu3+与Eu2+的发光强度及比例。制作方法简单、快捷,由于玻璃本身就是块体材料,所以无需封装处理,机械性能高,耐高温以及便于回收等优点。本实验为以玻璃为基体的LED材料提供了参考。

Firstly, this experiment was conducted under air atmosphere, including high temperature melting for 45 min,  annealing and precipitation of fluoride microcrystals under heat treatment, all done in the presence of air, no reducing gas was used. Secondary, reducing alumina powder was directly incorporated into glass components, by adjusting the amount of input, we can change the visible emitting light spectrum under UV excitation, or it also can be achieved at the crystallization treatment  step to adjust the Eu3+ and Eu2+ ratio and light emission intensity. [这句话不清楚]  This method has good features such as simplicity and rapid manufacturing process. Since glass itself  is a bulk material, no packaging or sealing is needed, it also has other advantages, such as  has high mechanical strength, resistant to high temperature and easy to recycle, etc. In short, this experiment  provided insights for new  LED materials using glass-based support (or matrix).
