      （EI & ISTP推荐SCI）2017 International Conference Communication Computer Networks and Intelligent Computing (CCNIC 2017)

            欢迎参加2017年第二届计算智能和通信技术国际会议（CCNIC 2017）。CCNIC 2017将于1月7-8日在中国香港举行。CCNIC 2017年是汇集创新的学者和行业专家在计算智能领域和信息到一个共同的论坛。本次会议的主要目的是促进研究和计算智能，信息发展活动，另一个目标是促进研究人员，开发人员，工程师，学生，和从业者的工作在世界各地之间的科学信息交换。

         会议的所有的CCNIC 2017年论文全文提交应进行相关的主题和每篇论文将被同等审查，并根据原创性评估，技术和研究内容深度，正确性，原创性，完整性，贡献和可读性。论文全文提交将根据技术水平，利息，适用性，以及他们如何适应一个连贯的和平衡的技术方案进行选择。会议后，从CCNIC 2017所有录用的论文将发表在IEEE，并为指数化将提交EI收录，Thomson ISI（ISTP）。IEEE将提供快速的论文提交和发布系统，以节省时间和降低了出版周期。选择优秀论文将在EI收录发表

      CCNIC将推荐部分优秀论文到SCI期刊发表，CCNIC的注册作者论文在同等论文质量下将优先考虑，论文采用双栏排版，页数限制为8-11页,投稿邮箱：ccnic2017@163.com
         The first round of Call for Papers will be sent to researchers on Nov. 11, 2016. All papers presented at the conference will be published by IEEE and submitted to EI Compendex and ISTP to include in their databases.
