为什么Cu2O没有shakeup峰？ 按照shakeup 峰产的机理 shake-up line: Photoemission process produces photoelectrons and ions. some of the ions are in an exccited state, not in ground state, which leads the kinetic energy of photoelectrons reduced in several electron volts. (binding energy at higher position). 简单说来就是，在产生一个光电子的过程中，一个外层电子同时被打入激发态。所以光电子会损失一部分动能，在谱上表现出更高的结合能。 For metal's 2p spectra, shake-up processes were attributed to the movement of an electron from a 3d orbital to the empty 4s orbital during ejection of the core 2p photoelectron. Reference: Yin L, Adler I, Tsang T, Matienzo LJ, Grim SO. ; Chem. Phy. Lett. ; 1974; vol24; 81 Cu2+ 外层为3d9 4s0 ， s 是空轨道，Cu+外层为3d10 4s0，最外层也为空轨道，既然是d层电子跑到了s层，那Cu+的s层也是空的，为啥没有shakeup 峰， 求大神指导。。 |
