[求助] 文章处于under editor evaluation两个星期了，状态日期被改过一次，这是为什么？ 已有4人参与

投了一个期刊，一个月后返回审稿意见，两个建议修改，一个据稿。编辑说两个审稿人审稿，都反对，所以文章被拒。看到审稿意见后申诉，编辑说是系统出现问题，可以重投。重投后一个星期后送审了，一个月后又返回审稿意见，状态变成under editor evaluation. 现在这个状态维持两个星期了，日期变了一次。大家帮我分析一下啥原因。谢谢

可能因为编辑邀请了3个审稿人或者更多的审稿人，当2份审稿意见返回，编辑开始汇总审稿意见，状态变为under editor evaluation，这时又有一份审稿意见返回，会引起under editor evaluation日期变化。

The “Under Editor Evaluation” status is not mentioned in the Elsevier site. However, there are minor variations in the workflows of different Elsevier journals. Perhaps, the journal you have submitted to uses this status, while others don’t.  This status indicates that the Editor is evaluating your manuscript based on the peer reviewer comments, but has not yet come to a decision.  If the editor is satisfied with the reviews, you might be informed of the decision soon. If the editor feels that he wants an additional review, the status might change once again to "under review." Once the Editor has entered his decision on the journal system, the status changes to “Decision in process.” To quote from the Elsevier site: “If the Editor has registered a decision in the system but has not yet sent you the email confirming the decision, the status of your article will be listed as ‘Decision in Process’
