请问各位大神，这段话什么意思？我可不可以不交钱？谢谢 In order to help defray the cost of publication we seek co-operation of the authors by requesting them to pay a PAGE CHARGE of USD-15 per printed page (after type-setting as per the journal’s format). Payment of page charges is neither a condition of publication nor is acceptance of a paper dependent upon payment. But, considering the efforts in technical finalizing the paper and direct expenses towards typesetting / designing of the paper as per Journal format; you may support the publication with this nominal amount. |
