2.5d0中的d0的意思是把2.5作为一个双精度数,如果一个数写成r.dm,则表示此数为rx10^m次方.如1.259d5表示1.259乘以10的5次方,且是双精度的.如果写成1.259e5则表示的数没变,但是单精度的,其实就是科学计数法在fortran中的写法.
cutcoff distance是截断距离,因为L-J势作用距离有限,没必要取遍全空间,因此人为的设定一个合适的距离,在此距离进行截断,超过此距离的L-J势全部略掉.
