【转帖】2009国际基于位置服务理论与应用前沿研讨会（EI检索）

2009 International Workshop on Theory and Applications Frontier of Location Based Services (www.lbs2009.org.cn) In Cooperation with The 3rd International Conference on Multimedia and Ubiquitous Engineering (MUE’09， http://grid.hust.edu.cn/mue09/) June 4-6, 2009, Qingdao, China Location based services (LBS) is a promising and fast developing field. It goes forwards ubiquitous services with diverse contents. It will have to rely on mobile platforms upon which multiple sensors and measurement systems have been integrated to provide continuous, three-dimensional positioning and orientation. To support sustainable developing of LBS, it needs new theories, technologies, such as sensor network, indoor positioning and WEB2.0. And it also needs new applications to demonstrate it and realize its commercial values. These may includes positioning technologies, geoinformation modelling, computer science, applying modelling and concrete application demonstrations. Contributions from the fields of Cartography, Geoinformation, Computer Science, Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing, Telecommunication, Geodesy, Geomedia Techniques, etc. should address, but are not limited to current topics of · New Theories for Location Based Services · Pervasive Technologies for LBS · Mobile and Ubiquitous Mapping · 3D-Mapping, Virtual and Augmented Reality · Personalization & Adaptive Methods · Positioning Methods · Modelling of Spatial Environments for LBS · Location Based Sensor Networks · Wayfinding and Navigation · Location Based Collaboration · Location Based Media Technologies · Location Based Services under WEB2.0 · Ubiquitous advertising · Location based gaming · New applications of Location Based Services Attention:Submitting a paper to the workshop means that if the paper is accepted, at least one author should attend the workshop to present the paper. For no-show authors, their papers will be removed from the digital library after the conference and their affiliations will receive a notification. The submitted paper should be begin with these words : "LBS workshop of MUE 2009 " on the head of the first page. As one of the MUE’09 workshops, all workshop accepted papers will be included in the conference proceeding published by IEEE CS (The proceeding will be included by EI and other index).
