[求助] 论文返回AFM修改意见，麻烦AFM大神帮忙指点下。

本人用BRUKER Dimension 做的AFM测试，投了篇论文研究有机硅改性聚氨酯。审稿人提了修改意见，麻烦AFM大神帮忙指点下。AFM analysis: (a) if individual samples can be compared visually, they need having the same height and phase scales and also the color intensities should be close. As all samples have different scales, it is better to change them and then to re-analyze: I suggest height span from -7 nm to +7 nm and phase span from -6 to +6 degrees (or more). Z-center should be 0 or the same value close to 0. (b) I am not sure that bright (yellow) part represents hard domains and the darker (brown) represents soft domains. The relatively regular spherical formations about 30 to 50 nm in diameter could originate from PU nanoparticles forming the film. It were be very useful the comparison with size and uniformity of nanoparticles in water after PUD preparation. The smooth phase differences (units of degree are regular as well as the topography) could be connected with the topography changes of the flat and regular film (topography in units of nm), not with soft- and hard- domains mapping. In any case, I suggest to re-analyze AFM results and after that to re-formulate the relevant text.
想请教几个问题：
1、height and phase scale是直接在modify data scale里改display的值吗？color intensities should be close是指要变黑白吗? Z-center是指什么？应该在哪里改？
2、我看到文献介绍敲击模式按敲击力的大小还分轻敲、中敲和重敲，可以通过改变参考振幅来设置。BRUKER的敲击模式可以设置吗？怎么设置？
3、smooth phase differences指什么？flat and regular film又指什么？第二个意见没看懂，麻烦各位大神帮忙解读下怎么改。
